Sorry it’s been a bit quiet recently, but what with festive festivities bearing down on us, we have little to report apart from the steady selling of bags (still time to get yours before Christmas!)

I was chatting with someone the other day about the campaign and environmental issues in general and we got onto the whole area of how much what we do makes any kind of difference and without thinking this is roughly what I said….

It’s a bit like massage (I am a massage therapist) sometimes when you alter the way one muscle feels it can have a positive effect on the whole body and maybe that’s what it’s all about, small changes can affect the whole, everything is connected, like in the body, so keep plugging away at those small changes and suddenly the whole body starts to heal……..
